ViaTrack Systems Provides ERA Solution to BlueCross BlueShield
of South Carolina
Augusta, GA – ViaTrack
Systems, a leading provider of healthcare claims management and
HIPAA transaction solutions, announces its contract to provide a
web-based Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) solution for
BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina. The My Remit Manager
web-portal allows South Carolina physician practices and
hospitals on-line access to ERA information produced by
BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina.
“My Remit Manager provides our network providers more timely
access to claims payment information and allows us to eliminate
the inefficiencies associated with paper remits” says David

positive response from our provider community since the roll-out
of this system.”
The My Remit Manager web-portal automates the access and
management of ERA information for South Carolina physician
practices and hospitals. ERA transactions are presented on-line
in a human readable format, allowing billing professionals to
improve efficiency in filing secondary claims and performing
follow-up. The system also supports the posting of payment
information into subscribers practice management systems.
