Services Patient Instant Eligibility

An important portion of the claims process is patient eligibility verification (the 270/271 transaction set.) ViaTrack’s Instant Eligibility system allows medical professionals to instantly check a patient’s eligibility in real-time, prior to services being rendered. This real-time eligibility option is directly integrated into our system via our proprietary claims portal – helping to rapidly qualify patients so you can expedite services to them and payments to you.

ViaTrack is a pleasure to work with. When questions arise, a representative is either an email or phone call away and an immediate response is always provided. ViaTrack offers services that we did not have with our previous vendor. As a clinic manager, I have also enjoyed the ease of the software.
