ViaTrack exhibits at the 2007 NextGen User Group Meeting
at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, FL

For the forth consecutive year, ViaTrack Systems joined the NextGen Community by attending and exhibiting at NextGen’s annual User Group Meeting.  As a preferred NextGen Partner, ViaTrack is proud to support this important event.

This year’s meeting was held in Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.  Many ViaTrack clients gave educational seminars about their experiences with NextGen and ViaTrack Systems.

Janice and Jean of Hunterdon Healthcare lead the important session, Successful Implementation of NextGen EPM in a Community IDS Setting. 

They shared their experiences of bringing NextGen and ViaTrack Systems into their unique community of a hospital and multiple privately owned practices.  Special attention was given to staggered go-live preparations, how to utilize the ASP model to save resources at the project level and how to maximize the advantages of shared files structures. 

 In the exhibit hall, ViaTrack introduced several new features including Automated Claims Status and Patient Eligibility Systems. 

The User Group Meeting wasn’t all business.  On Tuesday night, ViaTrack held its annual NextGen client reception in the Casidas Courtyard.  This was a great opportunity for our clients and members from both NextGen’s and ViaTrack’s claims team to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful setting.

NextGen also provided a very special treat for those attending this year.  On Wednesday evening Disney's Animal Kingdom was opened exclusively for NextGen UGM attendees.

ViaTrack also held a drawing to give away four American Express Gift Cards.  In what can only be described as an incredible stroke of luck, Richard Baker, ViaTrack’s Director of Provider Relations, won all four gift cards!  Fortunately, Richard is an incredibly generous individual. He returned all the prizes and withdrew his name from consideration.  On our second attempt, ViaTrack is happy to announce the following winners!
